Positive things I get from sticking to a diet for healing stomach gastritis

-My nose is almost always empty, and I can breathe freely and fully. I believe it's because I don't consume dairy products.

-My energy levels are always high and steady- this means I don't have afternoon crushes and have a need to snack in between meals because I always eat until I'm satiated, and try never to undereat.

-My sleep is great, thanks to my habit of setting my circadian rhythm in the morning through sun exposure, which tells my body it's time to go to sleep when the sun sets, even though I go to sleep a few hours after that happens.

-I have a routine which I love.

-My routine lets me be alone and gives me privacy, which is an essential aspect in my life as an introvert, such as myself.
